NIF exhibition 2015 held at ‘Rashtrapati Bhawan Maidan’ with the years theme – “Make in India”. Highlighting the craftsmanship and entrepreneurship of Indian rural and urban population this exhibition had on display some really innovative ideas.
In our approach to design a sustainable material palate was selected and used in very contemporary form. Organic materials like jute flooring, fabric printed panels, honeycomb signage and processed wood furniture which made the whole design true to the theme of sustainability. Use of colour coding to define each category helped visitors to navigate through the space easily identifying the type of exhibit.
