Oswal Outhouse

This Ludhiana house was designed primarily for entertaining guests as it was an extension to current living arrangements. The design intent was to give a awestruck feeling for the guests with customised details for every aspect as well as overall form. A customised jali with a motif inspired from initials of owners is prched between  stone portals creating huge openings which could be closed, semi opened or fully opened as and when needed. An open plan living space were infused with large ceiling heights and large glass openings bluring the line between inside and outdoors thus letting in the fresh breeze and natural light flow. The internal spaces divided by a collapsable partition flow into one another creating various spaces to host multiple social activities at any gathering like entertainment, dinning, gaming, dancing etc.
